What size stamp for my bags and boxes?

The rule that works: your stamp should be 60–75% of the bag's width.

  • Large shopping bag (8 x 10.25") → 6" stamp

Will I see a proof before you make my stamp?

Yes, on every customised order. We send a digital proof on WhatsApp or email and nothing is engraved until you approve it. Check the spelling, phone numbers and spacing carefully at that stage, because the stamp is made exactly as approved.

Which stamp works on poly mailers and glossy boxes?

A permanent pre-inked stamp. Plastic, poly mailers, laminated boxes, foil lids and glossy cartons are non-porous, so water-based ink sits on top and never dries — it smudges the moment you touch it. Permanent ink bonds to the surface instead of soaking in.

What artwork should I send for my logo?

The highest resolution file you have, in black on a white background. JPG, PNG or PDF all work. If all you have is a photo of your logo, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it will engrave cleanly before you pay.

Does a packaging stamp come with an ink pad?

Pre-inked stamps need no pad at all — the ink is stored inside the body and gives thousands of impressions before a re-ink. Rubber stamps do need a separate pad, which is what lets you change ink colours and use different inks for different surfaces.

Which stamp do you need?

The one thing worth getting right first is the surface. Matte ink is made for paper and kraft — it will not dry on a poly mailer or a glossy laminated box, it smudges. Non-porous surfaces need permanent ink. Everything else comes down to size, and whether you want your own logo or a ready-made design.
