Complete Branding Kit – Acrylic + 2 Pre-Inked Stamps

Most brand owners need more than one stamp — one for the product itself, one for paper packaging, and one for plastic or coated surfaces. No single stamp does all three well, because each surface needs a different tool and a different ink.

This kit covers all three in one order, at a lower price than buying them separately. Every stamp is made exclusively for you after your artwork is approved.

• 1 × Custom Acrylic Stamp — you choose the size (3cm, 4cm, 5cm or 6cm), with a wooden handle
• 1 × Custom Pre-Inked Matte Stamp, 3cm × 3cm — ready to use, no ink pad needed
• 1 × Custom Pre-Inked Glossy Stamp, 8cm × 5cm — permanent ink for difficult surfaces

Upload a different design for each, or use the same design across all three for a consistent brand mark in three formats.

Acrylic Stamp — for soft, impressionable surfaces. Handmade soap, clay and pottery, fondant and cake decoration. Can also be used with an ink pad on paper. Ink pad is not included.

Pre-Inked Matte, 3cm × 3cm — for paper and kraft packaging. Tags, cards, paper bands, boxes, thank-you notes and invoices. Compact enough for small tags where a larger stamp won't fit.

Pre-Inked Glossy, 8cm × 5cm — permanent ink formulated for plastic, poly mailers, metal and coated packaging, where matte ink won't set properly. The large area suits a full logo with your business name, website or social handle.

8cm × 5cm is the maximum print area, not a fixed shape. We fit your design proportionally inside it, so a square logo comes out square, a circular logo comes out circular, and a wide wordmark uses the full width.

This is our largest pre-inked size, which means it accommodates almost any logo shape without cropping or shrinking fine detail.

When using a stamp this size, press down firmly and evenly across the whole face in a single motion. Rocking the stamp or pressing harder on one side will give a patchy impression.

Vector files work best: AI, SVG, PDF or EPS. A high-resolution PNG is also fine.

Please send your design in black on a white background. Simple designs with bold lines create the clearest impressions.

Very fine details or extremely thin lines may need slight adjustment so your design stamps clearly — we'll always let you know before we begin. If you're unsure whether your file will work, upload what you have and we'll check it for you.

Pick the size based on your logo shape and what you're stamping. For soap bars, 4cm or 5cm suits most standard bar sizes. For clay pieces and smaller items, 3cm keeps the mark in proportion. 6cm works well on larger bars and slabs.

All three stamps ship together in a single order. In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, high order volume, logistics delays, or natural disruptions), dispatch timelines may be extended slightly.

• Apply even pressure on a flat surface without rocking the stamp
• Lift the stamp straight up after making the impression
• Clean your acrylic stamp with a damp cloth or soft brush; remove residue immediately for crisp impressions
• Keep pre-inked stamps capped when not in use so the ink doesn't dry out
• Store all three clean and dry, away from direct sunlight and harsh chemicals

As every stamp in this kit is made exclusively for you, this kit cannot be cancelled or changed once you have approved the artwork and production has started.

Acrylic stamps may show ink staining over time. This does not affect performance.

Pre-inked stamps are supplied ready-inked and cannot be changed to a different ink colour after production.

Can I use the same design on all three stamps?
Yes. Upload the same file three times and you'll get one brand mark in three formats.

Do I need an ink pad?
Only for the acrylic stamp, and it isn't included. Both pre-inked stamps come ready to use.

Why two different pre-inked stamps?
They use two different ink formulations. Matte is made for paper and kraft; glossy is permanent ink made for plastic, metal and coated surfaces. Using the wrong one gives smudged or unset impressions.

Will I see the designs before they're made?
Yes. Every stamp includes a digital artwork proof. Production begins only after you approve it.

Can I reorder later?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork on record, so reordering any of the three is straightforward.
