Refund and Cancellations Policy

Thank you for choosing Ur Mark (formerly known as Soap Stamp India) for your customized stamp needs. This Refund and Cancellations Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds and order cancellations.

1. Order Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellations within 6 hours of placing the order. Once processing or production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at stampurmark@gmail.com.

2. Customized Orders

As our products are made to order, customized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Please review and confirm all customization details carefully before placing your order.

3. Refunds for Defective Products

If the product you receive is defective or contains an error caused by Ur Mark, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Customers must notify us of any defects or issues within 2 days of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos of the problem.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email stampurmark@gmail.com with your order number and evidence of the defect.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. The refund amount will be credited through the original mode of payment.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for verified defects or errors made by Ur Mark.
Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customer mistakes in design details, size, or spelling.

  • Slight color or texture variations due to material or handmade production.

  • Delays caused by courier or shipping partners.

6. Payment Reversals

If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the customer without valid reason, Ur Mark reserves the right to dispute the claim and provide relevant order documentation as proof of fulfillment.

7. Refusal of Refund

Ur Mark reserves the right to refuse refunds if:

  • The product matches the approved design specifications.

  • No valid evidence of a defect or error is provided.

  • The request is made after the 2-day reporting window.

8. Policy Updates

Ur Mark reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellations Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.urmark.in.
