About Us

Ur Mark is a custom stamp maker based in Kolkata, India. We make stamps from your own logo or design for small businesses, soap makers, bakers, teachers and book lovers, and deliver them across India. Ur Mark was founded by Roshni, an artist for more than ten years, and began in 2019 as Soap Stamp India, making custom soap stamps, before growing by word of mouth and rebranding as Ur Mark in 2026.

Our story

Before Ur Mark, I was an artist making handmade soaps for party giveaways and special occasions, each pack made the way the client wanted it. I wanted my name on every soap, so any guest who loved it could find me again. No stamp in India was made for soap, so I designed my own. When I shared it on Facebook, other soap makers asked for one too, and that word of mouth became Soap Stamp India in 2019.

Then my child was born. I wanted to build something new, something that gave me the privilege of being there for my child while doing work I love. That became Ur Mark: a new name, and custom stamps for every kind of small business, not just soap makers.

Our journey

  • 2019: I made my first custom soap stamp and started Soap Stamp India.
  • 2020: We launched our first website to make ordering easier for soap makers. Every customer came through word of mouth.
  • 2023: I welcomed my first child and decided to build something of my own.
  • 2026: I launched Ur Mark, a new name and a full range of custom stamps for every kind of small business.

What does Ur Mark make?

Which stamp is right for my surface?

The surface decides the stamp, because the wrong ink smudges. Paper and kraft need a rubber or matte pre-inked stamp. Plastic, poly mailers and glossy boxes need a permanent pre-inked stamp. Soap, clay and fondant need an acrylic stamp. Wax and leather need brass. Our brass stamps are not meant for use on food. How does ordering work?

Choose a stamp, pick your size, and upload your logo or artwork. For customised stamps we send you a digital proof, and nothing is made until you approve it. Ready-made designs skip the proof and go straight into production. Dispatch times are listed on each product page.

Where does Ur Mark deliver, and what does shipping cost?

We deliver across India only. Shipping is a flat Rs.69 anywhere in India, and free on orders above Rs.1,499. Payment is prepaid through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not offer cash on delivery, because every stamp is made for one customer and cannot be resold.

Can I return a custom stamp?

Custom stamps cannot be returned for a change of mind, which is why we send a proof first. If a stamp arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the proof you approved, we replace it. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Message us with the quantity and what you need, and we will send a quote.
