Questions before you order

What is the difference between a pre-inked stamp and a rubber stamp?

A pre-inked stamp holds its ink inside the body, so it arrives ready to use and needs no pad. A rubber stamp needs a separate ink pad, which is slower but lets you change ink colours. If you stamp the same thing many times a day, pre-inked is the one you want.

What surfaces does the matte version work on?

Paper, kraft, cardboard, cards, tags, envelopes, cartons and journals — anything porous enough to absorb ink. It will smudge on plastic, laminated and glossy packaging. For those, use our permanent pre-inked stamp instead.

How many impressions do I get before it needs re-inking?

Thousands. The ink sits in the body of the stamp rather than on a pad, so it lasts far longer than most people expect before a re-ink is needed.

Will I see my design before you make it?

Yes. We send you a digital proof and nothing is made until you approve it. Please check spelling, phone numbers and spacing carefully at that stage.

What artwork should I send?

Please upload your design in black on a white background only. Unedited files need extra processing, which delays your order. The highest resolution version you have is best.

How long does it take and what does shipping cost?

Usually made and dispatched within 4 working days, counted from the day you approve your proof. Shipping is a flat Rs.69 anywhere in India, free above Rs.1,499. We deliver across India only.
