1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10–12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment and customization details.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons, festive periods, or promotional events. Any delays will be communicated promptly via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Methods

We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners including:

  • Shiprocket

  • DTDC

  • India Post / Speed Post


3. Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders, regardless of quantity or location.


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Metro cities may receive deliveries faster than Tier 2 or remote areas. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary slightly due to courier network conditions.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can use this information to track your order status in real-time on the courier’s website.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate before confirming your order.
Ur Mark is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


7. Shipping Delays

Ur Mark is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier issues, natural disasters, or regional lockdowns. However, we will make every effort to assist and keep you informed if such delays occur.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier company, Ur Mark cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
In such cases, customers are advised to contact the courier service directly. We will, however, assist with basic tracking and communication wherever possible.
