How to Choose a Pre-Inked Stamp

Pre-inked stamps come ready to use, with no separate ink pad needed — press and go, good for thousands of impressions before re-inking. The one real decision is which ink formulation matches your surface, because the two types are not interchangeable. Matte ink is made for paper and kraft — tags, cards, paper bands, boxes, and invoices. Glossy (permanent) ink is made for plastic, metal, and coated packaging, where matte ink would smudge or fail to set. Using the wrong one on the wrong surface is the single most common mistake, so check your packaging material before choosing. Size-wise, our range runs from small 3cm tag stamps up to a larger 8cm × 5cm format that comfortably holds a full logo with business name and social handle — that larger size is a maximum print area, not a fixed shape, so your design is fitted proportionally regardless of whether it's round, square, or a wide wordmark. Four ink colours are available across the range: black, blue, red, and green.
