Press it onto blank kraft or white card and you have visiting cards whenever you need them, in whatever quantity you need.

The point is not that it is cheaper than printing. The point is that no printer will run you twelve cards. A stamp will.

Designs 1–9 — icon and name

A simple trade symbol paired with your business name: a coffee cup, a needle and thread, a potted plant, a bar of soap, a cupcake, scissors and comb, a camera, a gemstone, a dog and paw print.

Designs 10–18 — badges, seals and monograms

Your name built into an emblem: circular seals, a shield crest, a hexagon badge, a diamond monogram, a dotted-ring badge, an oval seal, and a laurel monogram.

Designs 19–27 — typographic

No icon at all — the name is the logo. Heavy slab serif, thin letterspaced serif, brush script, knocked-out white on black, drop cap, condensed bold, circular text, split wordmark and outline lettering.

The symbol shown in each design is an example. It is replaced with your own logo, monogram or initial when we set your card up. If you have no logo, we can use your initial or leave the mark out entirely.

How to use it

Press straight down onto the card with even pressure and lift straight up without rocking. Work on a hard flat surface — a soft or padded surface gives an uneven impression. Let each card sit for a moment before you stack them so the ink does not transfer.

It works on uncoated card: kraft, cotton rag, matte white card and recycled board. It also prints on swing tags, notebook covers, mailers and thank-you cards, so it doubles as a general branding stamp.

Frequently asked questions

What is a visiting card stamp?

It is a rubber stamp carrying your complete business card layout — name, logo, phone, handle, email — which you press onto blank card to make visiting cards yourself. One stamp gives you as many cards as you want, whenever you want them.

Why use a stamp instead of getting visiting cards printed?

Printers have minimum order quantities. A stamp does not. If you need twenty cards for a market stall on Saturday, or your number changes, or you only hand out a few cards a month, printing a box of hundreds makes no sense. A stamp also gives you the hand-pressed look on kraft card that printing struggles to match.

Do I get blank cards with the stamp?

No. This is the stamp only. Blank kraft or white card is easy to buy locally or online, and buying your own lets you choose the colour and thickness you want.

Will my own logo go on it?

Yes. The symbol you see in each design is a placeholder that we swap for your logo, monogram or initial. Upload your logo as a black-on-white image at the highest resolution you have. If you do not have a logo, we can set your initial in its place or remove the mark.

How many lines of text can I fit?

Each design is built for a set number of lines, and the design you choose sets the limit. As a guide, plan on your business name plus three or four short contact lines. If you send us more than the design holds, we will tell you at the proof stage and suggest which lines to drop.

Do I see a proof before it is made?

Yes, on every order. Nothing is engraved until you approve the layout. Check your phone number and email carefully at that stage — the stamp is permanent.

What size is it, and will it fit a normal visiting card?

The impression is 8cm x 5cm. A standard visiting card is around 8.9cm x 5.1cm, so the impression sits inside a normal card with a narrow margin around it.

What card should I press it onto?

Uncoated card works best — kraft, cotton rag, matte white or recycled board. Thicker card takes a cleaner impression than thin paper. Avoid glossy or laminated card: matte ink will not set properly on a coated surface.

Do I need an ink pad?

No. This is a pre-inked stamp with the ink held inside the body. It arrives ready to use and gives thousands of impressions before it needs re-inking.

Can I get it in a colour other than black?

Yes — black, blue, green or red. Black is the usual choice for visiting cards because it reads clearly on both kraft and white card. Coloured ink shows less contrast on brown kraft.

Can I change my details later?

No. The stamp is engraved permanently, so a new number or handle means a new stamp. If something is likely to change soon, consider leaving that line off the card.

Can I return it if I chose the wrong design?

Each stamp is engraved to your chosen design and your details, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If the stamp arrives faulty or does not match the proof you approved, we replace it.

How long does it take?

Dispatch is usually within 4 working days of proof approval, with delivery across India after that.
