No. Your order includes the brass seal stamp itself, on its wooden handle. Sealing wax — whether traditional wax sticks or wax beads/sachets — is not included and will need to be purchased separately.

Not recommended. For personalising candles, use our dedicated brass candle stamp instead, or a rubber stamp — both are suited to candle wax specifically. The wax seal stamp is designed for melted sealing wax on paper and packaging.

Wax seals hold fine detail well because the wax takes the impression, but very intricate designs may need slight simplification for the cleanest result — we'll confirm with you before production.

Melt the wax, let it settle for a moment so it isn't too runny, then press the stamp straight down and lift it straight up without twisting. Practice on a spare drop of wax first if it's your first time.

Let any residual wax cool and gently flake it off, or wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing on the engraved brass head.

Typically 2–5 business days after artwork approval. Wax seals and other non-pre-inked stamps take a little longer to make than flash/pre-inked stamps, and dispatch only happens on working days (Monday–Friday), which is why the window spans a few days.
